Hydi’s background spans operations, project management, process improvement, documentation, workflow organization, and training and enablement. Her work has centered on helping people navigate complex requirements, organize information, and understand their next steps.
She founded Celeriva Operations to bring that practical approach to small and growing businesses pursuing public-sector work—especially businesses without a dedicated internal bid or proposal team.
Celeriva is a new business. Its focus is straightforward: thoughtful preparation, hands-on administrative support, and clear communication about the work being done.

Celeriva is currently operated remotely from Louisiana while developing relationships in Buffalo and Western New York, where Hydi plans to relocate.
Remote services are available to businesses beyond the region. Celeriva does not currently maintain a Buffalo office.
