Scope and pricing
Services are available individually. Your quote identifies deliverables, timing, payment arrangements, assumptions, and responsibilities. A final quote is provided before paid work begins. Changes, additional support at $95/hour, and rush surcharges of 25–40% require agreement. No additional work or charges are automatic.
The complimentary readiness conversation
The free conversation is introductory only: business goals, general readiness, obvious gaps, and next steps. It excludes custom opportunity research, solicitation analysis, eligibility determination, document review, insurance/bond research, compliance matrices, and other customized research or deliverables.
Your responsibilities
The client remains responsible for technical capability, estimating and pricing, the accuracy of all representations and supplied information, licenses and certifications, legal and tax compliance, signatures, final bid/no-bid decisions, and submission authorization. Timely access to the agreed information and client reviews is necessary to meet the engagement timeline.
Review and submission
The client reviews and approves final materials. Standard services support delivery and submission readiness. Submission assistance requires express agreement, client authorization, and compliance with the relevant portal rules. The client is responsible for confirming timely submission and receipt.
Independent administrative support
Celeriva is not a government agency, procurement authority, law firm, or accounting practice. It does not provide legal or accounting advice. Government agencies control eligibility, evaluation, selection, and award decisions. No contract win, funding, certification, or vendor approval is guaranteed.
Project-specific arrangements
Revision rounds, payment timing, cancellation or refund arrangements, confidentiality, and handling of project materials are addressed in the written engagement agreement. Sending an inquiry does not create a paid engagement.
