A little clarity
before we begin.
What we do, how engagements work, and where your business remains in control.
What does Celeriva Operations do?
Celeriva provides hands-on administrative support for public-sector contracting: opportunity research, solicitation assessment, bid compliance and assembly, proposal coordination, capability statements, and vendor-registration assistance.
Who do you work with?
Small and growing businesses, including construction and trade contractors, commercial cleaning companies, facility-service providers, and other businesses that can perform the work but need help organizing the pursuit.
Do you guarantee that I will win a government contract?
No. Celeriva helps you prepare and organize your pursuit. Government agencies control eligibility, evaluation, selection, and award decisions. Contract awards, funding, vendor approvals, and certifications are never guaranteed.
Can you find opportunities for my business?
Yes. Opportunity Match Search and the Opportunity Discovery Package are paid services that research opportunities against your services, geography, capacity, experience, and preferences. We agree on the search scope before work begins; a search may find no suitable current opportunities.
Can you review a bid I’ve already found?
Yes. A Single Solicitation Assessment organizes the requirements, deadlines, required documents, eligibility considerations, and potential readiness gaps in a specific solicitation. The agency makes eligibility determinations; you make the final bid/no-bid decision.
Can you submit a bid for me?
The standard service prepares materials for your review and submission readiness. Submission assistance may be included only when expressly agreed in the scope and authorized by you, subject to the procurement portal’s rules. You remain responsible for signatures, final content, submission authorization, and confirming timely receipt.
Do I have to purchase every service?
No. Each service is an entry point. If you already have an opportunity and are ready for bid assembly, we can scope that support directly. Any additional work is discussed and quoted before it begins.
What happens during the complimentary readiness conversation?
We discuss your business, goals, general readiness, obvious gaps, and appropriate next steps. This introductory conversation does not include custom opportunity research, solicitation analysis, eligibility determination, document review, insurance or bond research, compliance matrices, or other customized research or deliverables. Those are paid services.
Do you provide legal or accounting advice?
No. Celeriva provides administrative, documentation, and coordination support. For legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or bonding advice, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Do you work only with Buffalo businesses?
No. Celeriva is developing relationships in Buffalo and Western New York and offers remote services to businesses elsewhere. The business is currently operated remotely from Louisiana; it does not have a Buffalo office.
How much does support cost?
The introductory readiness conversation is complimentary. Paid services include an Opportunity Match Search at $225, a Single Solicitation Assessment at $195, and Bid Compliance & Assembly from $495. Pricing depends on scope, complexity, solicitation length, and turnaround. See the complete service menu. A final quote is provided before paid work begins.
